Striped and Hybrid Bass

Caught year round.
In summer, your trip will start earlier and Casey will flatline, troll, or downrig artificial baits.
As the weather cools, live bait and bottom bouncing slabs become effective ways of targeting these hard-fighting fish.

White Bass and Panfish

As water temperatures cool in the fall, white bass (a.k.a. "sand bass") fishing heats up.
You'll bottom bounce slab baits and learn a fishing technique that Casey has perfected called "dead sticking."
Captain Casey will also troll and fish topwater for sand bass during early summer mornings.

Crappie

Crappie are known as some of the best eating fish on the lake.
Casey will help you target crappie, fishing a combination of live minnows and artificial jigs.
The best season for this bite is fall through mid-spring, so long as the temperatures aren't too cold.

Catfish

Eater blue and channel catfish can be caught year round, drifting or stationary fishing using fresh cut gizzard shad.
Lake PK's trophy cat season starts when the weather turns cold.
